I love connecting with clients in person. It helps build trust and lets me understand your strengths and weaknesses better than just through texts or online communication! I see this as most beneficial for both the client and for me.

Group Training

Pricing Varied. Price can be split between the group!

“Hannah does a beautiful job as instructor - she always has a plan with specific fitness goals for the workout & week, which rotates for optimum results. The class size is perfect, so you get individual instructor attention as needed (but not all eyes on you). Hannah also provides modifications for those who need them, and knowledgable in providing alternative exercises that work the same muscle groups as much as possible. Why I do this

As an athlete from a very young age, I greatly value my coaches and trainers. They have guided me beyond my limits, helped me reach performance goals and kept me motivated. I've been lucky to have excellent coaches in high school and college who challenged me to improve.

I have always been interested in learning the ways of healthy eating and fueling my body, but as you probably know, dealing with modern diet trends and fitness culture is tough these days. After years of learning and experience, I realized that it’s all about simplicity, consistency, and dialing in the fundamentals of exercise and diet. I enjoy helping people cut through fitness fads and diet trends and achieve lasting and attainable improvements in their health and performance.

Outside of work and training, I stay busy whether that’s hiking, traveling, or connecting with friends. My husband and I have been married for about 4 years and are active in our community. I’m a worship leader at heart and love spending time with our church family. My faith is important to me, and I believe it directly connects to how I view coaching and training. Our bodies are a gift from God, so being able to move, get stronger, and eat well is a blessing!
