Group Training
$50 + 10 per individual

Sports Nutrition Coaching

The nutrition assessment identifies an athlete's specific nutrition needs based on their body type, sport, metabolism, and performance goals. Each consultation is customized to meet individual requirements, providing tailored recommendations to help athletes achieve and sustain their best performance.

Using the app Trainerize, I will program a personalized and tailored workout regimen specifically designed for you to follow on your own time, ensuring you achieve your fitness goals effectively. Pricing for this varies depending on the program.
